Is there a dress code?

Answer

For the Nuptial Mass we are asking for formal wear. For the men: We recommend slacks and a button down shirt. For the women: We recommend a skirt or a dress that is knee length or longer. Please avoid strapless and low cut tops.

Is there transportation to and from the ceremony to the reception?

Answer

We will not be providing transportation from the ceremony to the reception. However, both our venues are Metro accessible and less than a 20 minute ride. Saint Mary Mother of God Church is on the red line on the Shady Grove train, at the Judiciary Square stop. The church is less than a 5 minute walk from the Metro station. To get to Heritage Hall from the church take the red line towards Glenmont and get off at the Brookland/CUA Metro stop.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

If your RSVP has a plus-one then yes. Zola will allow you to RSVP for your plus-one. If it does not, please just bring your lovely self.
