What should I wear?
Answer
The attire is summer cocktail so please dress nice but prepare for a warm day & cool evening. The ceremony seating will be in the sun. Don’t forget your sunglasses! For the guys: a (long or short sleeve) button up, khakis, slacks, or some lightweight dress pants or shorts would be ideal. Please no jeans or tees For the gals: summery dresses/skirts/rompers & comfortable shoes as the grass can be uneven and there will be a short walk between the ceremony & reception site

Is there phone service or WiFi?
Answer
Nope! Theres little to no phone reception & no WiFi, so come prepared to unplug & enjoy the celebration. Make sure to start your GPS by the time you reach Philomath as service disappears quickly after, so you will be unable to start directions outside of town.

Will there be shade at the venue?
Answer
The ceremony has almost NO shade, so bring sunglasses & sunscreen! The reception area is mostly shaded.

What is the terrain like at the venue?
Answer
Both the ceremony and reception are on grass, which can be uneven in certain areas. Grass-friendly shoes are recommended!

Are there hookups & services for RVs?
Answer
Nope! No electricity, water, or dumping are available for RVs.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! There will be unlimited beer, wine, and cider, as well as limited cocktails. Please bring cash to tip the bartenders!

Are dogs allowed?
Answer
No dogs please! Due to the river running through the venue, and being present for our special day, we ask that four legged children be left at home, so we don’t have them running through people, food, water, etc. (And no, not even Reggie will be attending)
