When should I RSVP by?

Answer

If you are able to RSVP as soon as you receive your invitation, that would be extremely helpful. We kindly ask that you RSVP by Friday, May 1st 2026. This will help us finalize all the details and ensure everyone has an amazing experience on our special day. Unfortunately, after the deadline has passed, any unanswered invites will be marked as "not attending" due to our vendors' cut-off dates.

What should I do if I can't attend?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to our wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no", so that we can plan accordingly.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

As the sun will be shining, the ceremony and reception will be outdoors. Our reception will be under a large tent. Please make sure to dress appropriately and stay hydrated throughout the day. The chalet at the ski hill is air-conditioned and is available to guests, as well.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 p.m. Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the ceremony, in order to give yourself plenty of time to park and find a seat.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony. The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I Do." We will have a professional photographer capturing the ceremony for us. We promise to share these photos with you as soon as we receive them. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to pull out your phone and capture a special moment throughout the day. Please remember to not post any photos of the wedding until the bride or groom has a chance to do so.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! We encourage everyone to dress to impress, while keeping in mind the venue's summertime weather. Please avoid wearing white or ivory.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one, it will be addressed on your invitation when you log into our website to RSVP. We appreciate your understanding!

Where can I park upon arrival?

Our venue offers a large parking lot that will accommodate for all of our guests.
