The Clear Creek Canyon trail is a paved trail that starts near downtown Golden and winds its way through one of our favorite canyons. Enjoy the canyon views and you will probably see a lot of rock climbers! Clear Creek Canyon was the location of many of our first dates and is still one of our favorite places to climb.
Shanahan Ridge TrailShanahan Ridge Trail
Shanahan Ridge trail will take you right into the Boulder Flatirons! It offers stunning views and endless miles of Evergreen trees. We lived right near these trails when we first moved up to Boulder and still love visiting them.

Flagstaff mountain in Boulder offers a variety of activities! Legs tired from hiking? Luckily you can drive all the way up this mountain and get some awesome views along the way! Want to get more hiking in? There are a number of trails connecting up this mountain, so stop at a trailhead and get some miles in! Did you happen to fly Southwest and bring your crash pads? Then you're in luck! There are endless Front Range bouldering classics at Flagstaff!

Thai Gold was our go-to Thai place when we lived in Golden and is still our favorite spot for dinner after climbing in Clear Creek.
