Yoga Class at Valley Rock
Guests are invited to join us for a yoga class at Valley Rock's fitness center on Saturday morning. There will be classes from 8-9am and 10-11am on Saturday, July 26. If you'd like to participate, please let us know by emailing kyle.rekha2025@gmail.com.
Guided Hiking Excursion at Harriman State Park
For guests who'd like to explore the local outdoors, we'll also have a 1.5-hour guided hiking tour of nearby Harriman State Park. If you'd like to check out some scenic views on the hiking excursion, please let us know by emailing kyle.rekha2025@gmail.com. The excursion will be from 9:30-11am on Saturday, July 26. If participating, please meet the guide outside of Valley Rock Mountain Market (address below - right next to Valley Rock) at 9:30am. Also feel free to explore Harriman State Park on your own! The Park has 31 lakes and reservoirs, 200 miles of hiking trails, two beaches, two public camping areas, a network of group camps, miles of streams and scenic roads, and scores of wildlife species, vistas and vantage points.
