Bozeman

Bozeman

Bozeman, MT

Bozeman itself is full of charm with it's local shops and museums, and within about an hour’s drive, you can enjoy hiking, fishing, mountain biking, and exploring the stunning Montana scenery. There’s no shortage of ways to fill your wedding weekend with adventure and fun! Nearby Activities & Attractions: Fly Fishing (guided or self-guided) Whitewater Rafting or River Floats Hiking - Our favorite local trails are "The M," "Drinking Horse," and "Peets Hill" which are close to town. Horseback riding Hyalite Lake (Scenic lake with more challenging hikes - 30 minute drive) Fairy Lake (Scenic alpine lake, 45 minute drive)

Big Sky

Big Sky

Big Sky, MT

Bozeman is just under one hour from Big Sky, making it easy to enjoy summer activities like hiking, mountain biking, river rafting, and exploring the stunning Montana wilderness. It’s a perfect spot for guests who want a little adventure beyond the wedding weekend. Popular hikes near Big Sky include Beehive Basin, Lava Lake, and Ousel Falls.

Yellowstone National Park

Yellowstone National Park

Bozeman is the perfect base for exploring Yellowstone National Park, located about 1.5 hours from the North Entrance and 2.5 hours from the West Entrance. Whether you’re planning a quick day trip or a longer adventure, the park’s geysers, wildlife, and stunning landscapes are easily within reach. Yellowstone National Park is enormous, and there is no way to see the whole thing in one day. Guided day trips are available for those interested in prioritizing convenience and efficiency. For those interested in visiting Yellowstone on their own, Jack is available to help with 1, 2, or 3 day itineraries depending on how much time you have.

Livingston

Livingston

Livingston, MT 59047

Just 30 minutes from Bozeman, Livingston is an underrated local favorite with charming downtown streets, unique shops, and great spots for coffee or a bite to eat. It’s a perfect place to explore Montana’s small-town charm if you're looking for a change of pace from Bozeman. This is also a great location for extending your stay before or after the wedding if you'd like to incorporate guided fly fishing on the Yellowstone River or for closer access to the North Entrance of Yellowstone National Park.

Ennis

Ennis

Ennis, MT 59729

If you're looking to do some fly fishing before or after the weekend, we recommend considering a stay in Ennis. It's a quaint fishing town about an hour from Bozeman, perfectly situated on the Madison River where you can fish on your own, or arrange guided fly fishing trips. Ask Jack for specific fishing recommendations.
