Where does the shuttle leave from?

Answer

The shuttle will leave from The Element Hotel at 4:00 PM prompt. Please arrive a few minutes early as we want to ensure a timely arrival to the venue. If you miss the shuttle, we recommend ordering an Uber or Lyft. Address: The Element Hotel 25 E Mendenhall St, Bozeman, MT 59715 Shuttles will depart Bodhi Farms starting at 9:30 PM through closing, 10:00 PM to return to The Element Hotel in downtown Bozeman.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We recommend pairing with block heels, cowboy boots or wedges since you'll be on grass. For Men: Blazers and trousers or suits (tie optional) paired with dress shoes or boots. Bolo ties welcome! September weather in Montana can vary, so we recommend bringing a jacket or wrap to stay comfortable in the cooler evenings.

Is there parking available at the venue if I want to drive myself?

Answer

Yes, there is parking on site but we encourage you to utilize the shuttle service to and from the venue. If you do want to drive responsibly, look for the Bodhi Farms wood signs. There are two entrances to Bodhi Farms so follow the signs to 'Event Parking' which is the entrance further east.

Will there be vegetarian, vegan, or other dietary options?

Answer

We will be serving a farm-to-table buffet for dinner with a wide range of dishes. If you have any dietary restrictions, please reach out to Jack or Grace so we can make sure there is something for you!
