It depends on where you're going. For our wedding, beachy cocktail attire is preferred. For the rest of your time at the resort, you'll likely be in your bathing suit! How do I find the Airport Concierge by Mayaland transportation service to the hotel?

Answer

After you pick up your luggage and clear customs, you will exit to a hall with booths. Continue walking past the booths to the main gate and exit. Outside you will find a Gray Line/Airport Concierge By Mayaland representative who will take you to your transportation. To manage or change your reservation you can download the "AppMayaland" or get in touch by calling them direct at +52 998 88724 95 / Extension: 2 or 0 / Office hours: 7 am – 11 pm EST.
