When is the best time to purchase flights?

Answer

Personally, I like to use www.hopper.com to track flight and hotel prices. Expedia recommends booking flights 36-86 days in advance of your travel date for the best rates.

What is the transportation situation?

Answer

We will be providing a shuttle from Paris to the venue (times will be communicated via zola text message) We will have a return shuttle looping from the venue back to Paris starting at 8:00pm with the last shuttle leaving at 10:30pm Uber/lyft is also available

Do I have to stay at Paris?

Answer

You can stay wherever you would like, we just do not have room blocks at any other hotels. Air BNB may be a good option for those traveling with larger families.

Can I leave my car at the venue parking lot overnight?

Answer

Yes you can! It is protected by a security gate and there is no fee to park

What is required up front if using the room block?

Answer

Cesar’s will place a hold for one night at time of booking.

Is the wedding inside or outside?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors in a shaded area however, it will likely still be hot. Cocktail hour followed by the reception will be held indoors so keep that in mind when selecting your attire.

Are children allowed?

Yes! Please indicate on your RSVP how old as we need to include any children over 3 in our guest count.

What is the food menu and bar situation?

Answer

We are having a buffet with chicken, vegetarian pasta, and prime rib along with assorted sides/salads. Open premium bar

Do I have to go to all of your posted events?

Answer

We want everyone to enjoy their stay! The events such as the meet and greet and pool party are completely optional and no hard feelings if your social battery has run dry, we understand you may want to see a show or explore the city of sin on your own!

I see a registry, am I expected to get a gift?

Answer

Absolutely not, our gift is your presence. We are so excited to spend time with you!

Why Las Vegas?

Answer

With Megan growing up in Illinois, Bruce growing up in Texas, and both of us having friends across the country, we thought Las Vegas would be a great neutral Plus it’s the wedding capital of the world!
