Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is formal/cocktail attire. Please no jeans or white dresses for women 😊.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

In order to keep our guest list on track we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones and even our little one, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, parking is onsite.

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. Please be sure to RSVP as soon as possible!

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Of course! We ask that you respect our wishes to have an unplugged ceremony after the ceremony please feel free to take as many pictures as you want!

Will you provide transportation?

Answer

Certainly! Please be wise and don't drink and drive! A shuttle will run from the hotel to La Massaria and back to the hotel as well as the after-party at the end of the night. The shuttle will begin pickups at the hotel at 4:00 p.m. and begin return rides to the hotel at 9:30 p.m.

I arrived too early to the venue, what should I do?

Answer

The Markley Grille at Bella Vista is on-site and you can grab a drink and hang out there!

Help, I'm lost! I can't find the venue, the hotel or I missed the shuttle!

Answer

If you are lost please call Mark Reichert @ 215-285-8800. If you missed the shuttle, please drive to the venue, you can leave your car in their lot overnight.

Will you have an open bar?

Fo sho! Drinks are on us, hangover is on you!

Will you have an after-party?

Answer

After the show, it's the after-party. And after the after party it's the hotel lobby... Okay, well not quite but we are having an after-party at Creekside Bar & Grille.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Everyone put your Mary statues in your window beginning October 1st 😊. We plan to have our ceremony outdoors, cocktail hour is both indoors and outdoors, the reception will be indoors.
