When is the RSVP deadline?

Question

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is Black Tie Formal/Cocktail attire. Women should wear a formal floor-length gown, but a sophisticated cocktail dress may also be acceptable. Women may also wear elegant pantsuits. Men must wear a tuxedo or dark suit. A black bow tie, black vest or cummerbund, and patent leather shoes are also suggested but a black tie is also acceptable.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says "and Guest," then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you. We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Are kids invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?

Answer

We'll be serving light passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by a three-course plated dinner and dessert.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We are asking our guests DO NOT have their cell phones out during the ceremony as we have hired photography and video to capture these moments. We will be allowing phones after our ceremony throughout the rest of the evening. We encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #LiveLoveLamb so we can keep track of all of your pictures!

May I take a centerpiece/candle/flowers home as a souvenir?

Answer

While we wish we could send everyone home with one we plan to give certain centerpieces out to family members who have worked especially hard to help us prepare for this day. You will be told by one of our mothers if you're one of those people selected to take home an arrangement.
