Don't have any questions? Please read the below anyways...
Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

We certainly recommend staying on Shenandoah Woods property if possible. Try to share a cabin with friends or family to save on space and costs. It will be so much fun to have everyone close all weekend. Cabins are on hold for wedding guests until Feb. 15 so it is best to book sooner rather than later. If all the cabins are full, we encourage you to use sites like Air B and B to find local spots to stay in. There are plenty within a quick drive from the venue. Don't worry if you can't stay on property- you will not miss any of the fun! Just check out this page, it really has all your answers- http://www.shenandoahwoods.com/weddingguests

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Only if their name was included in your invite. We tried our best to include as many people as possible but if your invite was addressed only to you at this point can't accommodate plus ones due to physical space at the venue.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Weekend events are planned for adults only (those 18+.) We hope you'll take advantage, find a sitter and come cut footloose with us all weekend. If you can't make alternative arrangements for your little ones, let the bride or groom know- we don't want that to be the reason you don't join us. We have made certain exceptions for our immediate family and bridal parties only- we hope you understand.

Question

I want to stay on site but don't know who to share a cabin with, what should I do? OR I have an open spot in my cabin rental and would like to have someone stay with me.

Answer

Contact Constance or Regis. We can put you in touch with someone.

Question

All the cabins are booked at Shenandoah Woods- what should I do?

Answer

There are many other cabin rentals close by and we also have rooms reserved at the Quality Inn in Luray. There is plenty of space for everyone. This link also gives suggestions for nearby properties. http://www.shenandoahwoods.com/weddingguests http://cardigancabins.com/ has over 100 cabins in the area for your enjoyment! There are also too many air B and Bs around to count within a 10 minute drive from the venue.

Question

I'd like to help with something...

Answer

A great way to help would be to bake some cookies for our cookie table desserts. If interested, please contact Ashley at ashleysboxers@comcast.net

Question

I can only come for Saturday events, will there be parking?

Answer

If you can only come Saturday there is parking right outside The Pavilion. If you can stay only for Saturday night, we recommend booking at the Quality Inn in Luray. There will be shuttle service to and from Luray before the ceremony and after the reception if needed.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

There should be a spot in each RSVP to include this info. If not, just let the bride or groom know. We will do our best to accommodate but some things might be out of our control. If you have a serious allergy and dietary condition please mention it in your RSVP and separately to the bride and groom so we don't miss it!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 15-20 minutes before the ceremony and enjoy the per-ceremony entertainment.

For all the days along the way
