What should I wear?

Answer

Dressy attire would be most appropriate.

What will the weather be like at that time of year?

Answer

The weather is generally in the low 70’s. Recommend that women bring a light jacket or wrap.

Where will the ceremony take place?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will take place at the Ayres Hotel, Manhattan Beach.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors in the courtyard. The Reception will take place in doors in the ballroom.

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

It is located just off the 405 Freeway - Rosecrans exit. Nearby airports - LAX is 5.1 miles away. Long Beach Airport is 16.9 miles.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Help us be on time for the days festivities by arriving 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony. The ceremony is scheduled to begin promptly at 4:00 p.m.

Where should I park?

Answer

The Ayers Hotel has onsite parking

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately we have a limited capacity for our venue. We will only be able to accommodate those for which we have an RSVP for invited guest.

When is the deadline for RSVPs?

Answer

We will be unable to make any changes to the guest list and numbers after September 20, 2024.

Question

Will dinner be served at the reception?

Answer

Yes, we will be serving a full dinner. Please advise if you have any food allergies.

Is there a wedding registry?

Answer

No. We are so thankful that you will be joining us for this celebration of our love.
