This is a great spot to pull over and enjoy the stunning view of the Collegiate Peaks. This area is a pay area that requires a $10 fee or a Colorado State Park pass. There are also plenty of trails that wrap around and even head back towards the hills in the back of the park.
Kenosha Pass is probably the best place to view the changing aspens in October. If you're coming in from Denver, it's right on the way. It tends to get crowded during leaf peeping season, so arrive early if you want to hike and take in the views.
