What is the schedule?

Answer

Ceremony - 3:30 Cocktail Hour - 4:00 Reception - 5:00 The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30pm. Guests are encouraged to arrive anytime after 3:00 but should know that they will be not be permitted to enter the ceremony if they arrive after the start time.

What should I wear?

We kindly ask that you wear formal attire, black tie optional.

What is the color scheme/theme?

Answer

We will be getting married in a garden, so our bridal party will be wearing various shades of green and floral patterns.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We love your children but, due to limited space, we respectfully request that no children under 16 attend.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

While we encourage you to RSVP as soon as possible, RSVP submission officially closes at midnight on June 14, 2026.

Is the venue handicap accessible?

If you require assistance, please let us know in advance so that we can ensure you have the proper accommodations.

Can I bring my own food/drinks?

Answer

No, legally we cannot have anyone bring outside food or drinks to the venue. There will be plenty of food at the reception, and there will be an open bar. So please keep any personal food and drink off-site.

Will there be an after party?

Answer

Yes! Please join us at the AC Marriott in Beachwood to continue the celebration. The hotel bar will be open from 10:00-12:00, and all are welcome to hang out even after the bar closes.

What is the photo policy?

Answer

We kindly and firmly request that you turn your phone off during our ceremony. We want everyone to be fully present and in-the-moment during our special day. We also have a professional photographer, who we trust completely, to capture those special moments. We will absolutely share their beautiful work with you, so please be fully present with us and phone-free. For any photos you may capture during the cocktail hour or reception, you may text them to either of us. From these, we will curate a gallery and share it with all of our guests. Again, we will have a professional photographer present throughout the day, so should you like to take the opportunity to disconnect completely, feel free to do so. We will be doing the same.
