Brian and Regina’s story began in the summer of 2020, through a serendipitous match on Bumble and a dinner date in Van Aken. Brian piqued Regina’s interest with his quick wit and charm, and she enchanted him with her humor and liveliness. Although uncertainty from the pandemic surrounded their early dates, Brian and Regina were certain about each other. Over the next few months, they spent much time together exploring their favorite parts of Cleveland. From long conversations over brunch, to romantic bonfires on the beach, to relaxing strolls around Wade Oval, they were earnest in their desire to spend time together. These intentional moments became the foundation for their relationship and led them to declare their love for one another at the Christmas lights in downtown Cleveland. As time passed, their shared love for adventure deepened. Together, they explored several national parks, with Acadia becoming a favorite for its quiet beauty. They also discovered a shared passion for outdoor activities. Brian spent time each winter teaching Regina how to snowboard, which led to many cherished trips such as their visit to Vail. Meanwhile, Regina spent time in the summers teaching Brian how to play soccer. These shared interests and their willingness to learn from one another created many lasting memories that still shape their bond. Life eventually led them to Cincinnati for Brian’s fellowship, where they embraced life in a new city. Again, their sense of adventure encouraged them to explore their new surroundings. They fell in love with the aquarium, F.C.C. games, and the city’s food scene. Cincinnati became the backdrop for another beautiful chapter of their lives. Then came a season of long distance. Brian moved to Indianapolis for work, while Regina remained in Cincinnati for a couple more years. Though challenging, this time apart helped them grow individually and strengthened their appreciation for one another. Regina advanced her career, reignited her passion for reading, and completed her first triathlon. Brian established a successful pain practice and trained for his first half marathon. Even miles apart, they continued to support and inspire one another. Brian and Regina reunited in the summer of 2025 when Regina accepted a job in Indianapolis. Together again, they decided to celebrate five years of love with a trip to Canada, their first international adventure. While there, Brian proposed at a breathtaking spot in Banff beside Lake Louise—a moment as beautiful as the journey that led them there. Now, Brian and Regina are thrilled to begin their next chapter as husband and wife. They recently bought their first home and are excited to build their life together. They are looking forward to a loving union filled with meaningful dates, unforgettable travels, and shared dreams.
