Event Timeline
Loews Philadelphia Hotel
Our hotel block is located at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel, which will also serve as the pickup and drop-off location for our complimentary trolley service to and from Ballroom at the Ben. Trolley service will begin at 4:45 PM, with pickups approximately every 15 minutes before the ceremony. At the conclusion of the evening, trolleys will continue running between the Loews and the Ballroom approximately every 15 minutes to ensure a convenient ride back to the hotel.
Ballroom At the Ben
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM at Ballroom at the Ben. Following the ceremony, please join us for a cocktail hour beginning at 6:30 PM. We’ll then celebrate the rest of the evening with dinner, dancing, and entertainment from 7:30 PM to 11:30 PM. We can't wait to celebrate with you!
After Party!
The after party will begin at the conclusion of the reception at Ballroom at the Ben from 11:30pm-12:30 am. Additional Philadelphia themed favorites will be served, along with a continued open bar and entertainment. Trolley service will be available between the Loews Hotel and the venue beginning at 11:30 p.m. and continuing until 1:00 a.m. The Loews Hotel bar will also remain open until 2:00 a.m. for anyone who would like to continue the celebration.
