What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM. We kindly ask guests to arrive at least 15–30 minutes prior to the start time to allow ample time for seating and to ensure the ceremony may begin as scheduled.

When does the hotel block close?
Answer

Can I bring a guest?
Answer
We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "Your Name + Guest" if a plus one has been given to you.

Are children invited?
Answer
While we adore your children, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We kindly request that guests make the necessary childcare arrangements in advance, and we thank you for your understanding.

Will transportation be provided?
Answer
Yes. Trolley service will be available to transport guests between the Loews Hotel and the venue throughout the evening. Additional transportation details will be provided closer to the wedding date.

Where should I stay?
Answer
A room block has been reserved for our guests at the Loews Hotel. To receive the discounted group rate, please use code RDW826 when making your reservation. We encourage guests to book accommodations early, as availability may be limited. Hotel check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Guests requiring an early arrival or late departure may request accommodations directly through the hotel.

What is the dress code?

The attire for our wedding is Black Tie Encouraged. Guests are invited to wear formal evening attire, including tuxedos, dark suits, floor-length gowns, cocktail dresses, or other elegant formalwear.

Can dietary restrictions or food allergies be accommodated?
Answer
Yes. If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please indicate them when submitting your RSVP. We will do our best to ensure appropriate accommodations are made.

Where will the ceremony and reception take place?
Answer
Both the ceremony and reception will be held at The Ben. Guests will not need to travel between venues during the celebration.

Is parking available?
Answer
Yes. Parking is available at the Loews Hotel, and a public parking lot is conveniently located across the street from The Ben. Please be advised that parking is not hosted.

What airport is closest to the venue?
Answer
For guests traveling from out of town, Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) is the nearest airport and is approximately 20 minutes from both The Ben and the Loews Hotel.
