ASE - Aspen Pitkin County Airport

The closest option, fly directly into Aspen. If you are okay with taking the bus system to travel through the valley, there is no need to rent a car.

DEN - Denver International Airport

Fly into Denver and rent a car to drive to Aspen. This is a 4 hour drive, through the Rocky Mountains.

Basalt Mountain Inn

This is the most affordable hotel option, in a great location in Downtown Basalt. Please call the hotel directly and ask to book a room in the Group for Michelle Reger. Shuttles will be available to and from the venue. Basalt Mountain Inn is close to the Downtown Basalt bus stop on the Local line.

Travel Note

House/Condo Rental

There are many house and condo rental options throughout the Roaring Fork Valley. The venue is located in Aspen, but it is more expensive to stay in Aspen proper. You may want to look at rental options in Snowmass Village (15 mins away), Basalt/Willits (25 mins away), or Carbondale (40 mins away). You may take a shuttle to/from the venue from either of the Hotels.

RFTA Bus System

The bus system in the Roaring Fork Valley is great! RFTA runs local and express busses from Glenwood Springs to Aspen. You do not need to rent a car if you don't want to.

Please note that Uber is hard to come by near us! Consider renting a car if you do not want to rely on the RFTA bus system to get around.
