The ceremony and reception will be held at the Aspen Historical Society, at 620 W Bleeker St, Aspen, CO 81611.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The wedding ceremony and reception will be fully outdoors. The reception venue is mostly grass, so please choose your footwear accordingly!
Question
What is the dress code?
Answer
The dress code for the wedding is Cocktail or Garden Party attire. Summer days are warm but nights are chilly in the mountains, so please consider bringing a jacket or sweater.

Are children allowed at the wedding?
Answer
We love your little ones -- but we invite you to take the night off as our wedding is an adults only event! If you would like to bring your children to Aspen but need a babysitter during the wedding, we recommend Aspen Nannies: https://www.aspennannies.com/nannies-sitters

Is transportation provided?
Answer
Yes! Shuttles will be available at both the Hoffman Hotel in Willits and at the Basalt Mountain Inn to transport you to the ceremony. Shuttles will also be available after the reception to transport guests back to Willits and Basalt, or into Aspen for the after party.

What is the shuttle schedule?
Answer
A shuttle will depart from the Hoffman Hotel at 2:45pm and make a stop at the Basalt Mountain Inn at 3:00pm. The main Basalt Mountain Inn shuttle will depart at 3:00pm. A shuttle will depart the wedding venue at 9:15pm and bring guests back to the Basalt Mountain Inn and Hoffman Hotel. Another shuttle will be available at 9:15pm to bring guests attending the after party into town in Aspen. Shuttles will depart the after party in Aspen at 11:00pm and bring guests back to Basalt Mountain Inn and the Hoffman Hotel. Any guests wanting to stay out past 11pm will need to rely on their own transportation or public transit via the RFTA bus system.
