Nevada City is approximately 1hr15min from Sacramento International Airport (SMF) and 1hr30min from Reno-Tahoe International Airport RNO. These are the two airports we recommend flying into. Sacramento is a little more convenient but if you're interested in seeing Lake Tahoe or Truckee on your way to Nevada City then Reno is the place to go!
