This is one of our favorite places to grab a meal when we can't agree on what to eat! North Market features over a dozen local merchants specializing in international cuisine, so it's particularly fun to go with a group and sample a variety of foods. While you're here, check out the rest of Bridge Park, as there are several other restaurants and activities. If you are renting a car, there is plenty of free parking on the streets and in parking garages throughout the area.
Put on your walking shoes if you want to spend the day at the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium. With 600 different species, you can experience a wide variety of creatures from all regions of the world: from red pandas, to polar bears, to cheetahs.
The science museum features tons of interactive exhibits teaching a wide variety of STEM topics. Located in downtown Columbus, this is a great daytime activity if you're bringing kids. While you're downtown, don't forget to walk the Scioto Mile, explore the German Village, or bar hop along High Street.
