Please RSVP by July 31, 2026 so we can finalize seating and catering. Be sure to include any dietary restrictions or allergies when you RSVP — our caterers can accommodate special requests.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM on the terrace at Garey House. Please plan to arrive by 3:30 PM to allow time for parking, seating, and a quick refresh before the ceremony begins. The ceremony will last about 30 minutes, followed by cocktail hour and dinner.
Guests may drive, carpool, or use ride-share services like Uber or Lyft. If you’d prefer a group ride, we’ll share more info about potential ride-share or FETII van options closer to the date.
Complimentary parking is available onsite at Garey House. Please follow event signage and attendants’ directions for guest parking near the ceremony terrace and reception hall.
Dinner will be provided by Mandola’s Italian Catering. We’ll be serving a delicious Italian buffet including: Passed Appetizers • Bacon-Wrapped Dates stuffed with Parmigiano Reggiano • Stuffed Mushrooms with balsamella sauce, prosciutto, and breadcrumbs Salads • Caprese Salad – fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, basil, balsamic vinaigrette • Chopped Italian Salad – greens, mozzarella, salami, olives, and artichokes Pasta • Penne Alfredo • Penne with Tomato Cream Sauce Entrées • Chicken Marsala with prosciutto, fontina, and mushroom wine sauce • Chicken Parmesan with marinara and mozzarella Dessert • Guests will enjoy classic chocolate or vanilla cake. Yes — there will be a full bar featuring beer, wine and two signature cocktails. Last call for drinks will be at 10:00 PM, and the bar will close at that time per venue policy. Please remember to bring your ID, as bartenders are TABC-certified. As part of venue policy, a Georgetown Police officer will be on-site during the event to meet city regulations for alcohol service and guest safety. Please drink responsibly.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the venue or within the main event spaces. Guests may use the designated outdoor smoking area near the parking lot. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly — Garey House is a city-owned property, and fines may apply for damage or littering.
While we love your little ones, we are only able to accommodate children who are part of the bride or groom’s family due to limited venue space and seating. Alcohol will be served, and some reception music may include mature lyrics or language. We kindly ask parents to supervise their children throughout the event to help prevent any accidents or damage.
Semi-formal / cocktail attire. Please plan for dressy, elevated outfits such as cocktail dresses, midi dresses, maxi dresses, dressy jumpsuits, suits, or dress pants with a button-down. If you’d like color guidance, shades like blush, pastels, light greens, muted blues, or lavender fit the overall vibe of our wedding, but they’re completely optional. We kindly ask guests to avoid white or ivory and to skip jeans, shorts, t-shirts, work boots, or anything too casual. Our ceremony is outdoors, and early November weather in Texas can be unpredictable — usually in the 70s, but it may be windy or cooler in the evening. Please check the forecast ahead of time and bring a light layer if needed.

Absolutely! We’d love to see the night through your eyes. A digital photo booth will be available at the reception, complete with a backdrop and text-to-phone option so you can instantly send your photos to yourself. There will also be a QR code printed on the ceremony programs where you can upload any photos or videos you take throughout the day. Please share your pictures with us — we can’t wait to see your memories from the celebration!
For those who would like to give, our registry information is linked under the “registry” page on the wedding website. Gifts can also be mailed to our home address if that’s easier — we’re so grateful for your thoughtfulness.
Your invitation and RSVP will specify if a guest or plus-one has been included. We wish we could accommodate everyone, but due to space and budget limitations, we’re unable to extend additional invitations beyond those listed.
