Reese's Description: We met for the first time at an Eastern Washington Vs University of Montana Football game. I thought Craig was hilarious but darling. I also thought he was the mayor of Missoula because he knew EVERYONE. Our group of friends went around town where later Craig laid down some pretty non-impressive pick up lines. They did not work at the time, but I knew there was an immediate connection. Craig's Description: On a nostalgic fall day in October of 2013 leaves were orange and red; the season had clearly changed from summer to fall. Unbeknownst to me, there was another change around the corner. While dominating beer pong at the Cowan's tailgate, a crew of Aaron's co-ed friends stumbled over to be schooled in proper etiquette of beer pong. Among the crew of red clad Eagles, stood out a beautiful brunette, Reese.

In June of 2015, Reese made the sacrifice of moving away from family and friends in Seattle to little Missoula, MT. In the Winter of 2017 they decided that building a home was a higher priory for them. After moving into their home in April 2018, they felt something was missing. As dog lovers, they knew that they had to head to the local humane society and look for a little pup. What they didn't know was that the one that chose them would be a crazy little boy named, Archie. After settling into their home and becoming a family of three, Craig decided to make things a little more official and ask the "Big Question"

Holland Lake was the first hike they went on in their early relationship. Craig found it only fitting to have the proposal be there. It worked out that Reese's parents were going to be in town the same weekend the ring arrived. The Holland Falls is a short hike in with a beautiful backdrop, Craig was able to propose to Reese in a secluded and intimate location with Reese's parents as witness (CAN I GET A WITNESSSS!!) At the base of the trail sits the Holland Lake Lodge. The lodge has a restaurant and bar that they stopped at to have a couple of celebratory drinks before heading back to town. Craig planned for some of their closest friends to surprise Reese when she walked in, so they could all celebrate the newly engaged couple. IT WAS PERFECT.
