What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30, so please plan to arrive between 4:00 and 4:15 to allow time to park and find your seats.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is a free shuttle to and from the venue if you have booked a room through our hotel block.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

If you are not taking advantage of the free shuttle to and from our main hotel, you are welcome to park your car in the large parking lot at the venue. Cars can be left overnight free of charge, if need be.

Are kids welcome?

While we adore children, our wedding will be an adults-only event. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

To keep our celebration intimate, we kindly ask that only those listed on the invitation attend. If you have any questions or feel we may have overlooked a plus-one for your significant other, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us!

Will there be an open bar at the wedding?

Answer

Yes! There will be an open bar starting right after the ceremony and continuing until 9:30 PM. After that, the bar will switch to a cash bar, where both cash and cards will be accepted. Non-alcoholic drinks will be available all evening.
