Do I have to stay at the Finest Playa Mujeres?

Answer

It is resort policy that ALL wedding guests must stay at the resort. Because the resort is so highly secured, those who do not have room reservations are not allowed on the premises. If you want to join us for any events, please follow the booking instructions.

What is included?

Answer

Just about everything! Food: All meals, snacks, and beverages (YES, even ALL THAT TEQUILA). There are 11 restaurants, 1 coffee/dessert bar, 12 bars, and room service too! Most Activities: Shows, live music, the gym, paddle boarding, kayaking and Spanish classes are just a glimpse of what is included in your stay. *PLEASE NOTE* Spa treatments and motorized water sports are not included.

Can I bring a date?

All save the dates, invitations, and RSVPs (on our website) will be addressed to those that will be invited to our wedding. For some, that may include a guest. Please do not hesitate to ask Alex or Jess.

When should I arrive at the resort?

Answer

Alex and Jess will be arriving on September 17th, 2021. Please feel free to join us! Our ceremony will be on the 19th, so we recommend arriving and settling in no later than Saturday, the 18th.

When should I book my room?

Answer

As soon as you know you will be joining us, please book your room! There are ways to book on the Travel Page of our website. When you book with the promo code, your card will NOT BE CHARGED until 30 days prior to your check-in date. There is free transportation from the hotel to and from the airport in CUN.

Are kids welcome?

We are having an adults only ceremony and reception. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call Jess or Alex.

Can we turn this into a family vacation?

OF COURSE! Please feel free to bring your family on vacation, we would love to meet up with them after our reception!

What tier should we book?

Answer

All you need to book is the Finest. If you’d like, feel free to book the Excellence. But all that is needed to stay at the hotel is Finest.
