When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that you RSVP early if you know you will be joining us! Find your name on the website page and let us know whether you are available to join. Formal invitations to follow in early Summer 2026.

When should I arrive?

Answer

We would love to spend as much time with you all as possible! We encourage everyone to arrive by Friday, as our first official wedding event (Welcome Party) will be on Friday night!

Where should we stay?

Answer

We have room blocks at two locations. The Inn & Club at Harbour Town is Sea Pines' premier accommodation within the community as the only Forbes Four-Star hotel on Hilton Head Island. Courtyard by Marriott Hilton Head Island is another option, located right outside the Sea Pines property. Sea Pines also has villas and homes ideal for groups or families making a long weekend out of the trip. We strongly suggest you stay in or around Harbour Town, within the Sea Pines Resort. Do I need a gate pass for Sea Pines?

Answer

Yes - all guests entering Sea Pines must have a gate pass. Guests staying at the resort or a rental property within Sea Pines will have appropriate access arranged. Otherwise, the security gate will have a list of guests names' for entry to wedding festivities.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

We love your little ones, but our ceremony and reception will be adults-only. However, families are welcome to bring children to Hilton Head if making a trip of the weekend - the resort and island are very kid-friendly! Babysitting options and resources will be shared upon request.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

If you have a plus-one, you’ll see their name included on your formal invitation.

What is the dress code?

Our wedding will be Black Tie Optional. As the date gets closer, we’ll share style inspiration to help you plan.

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors with the reception following indoors / covered (weather-appropriate details will be shared as we get closer).

What will the weather be like in October?

Answer

Hilton Head in late October is typically mid-70s during the day and mid-60s in the evening- a very comfortable coastal fall weather. We recommend a light layer for later in the night.
