When and Where is the Wedding?

Answer

Our wedding takes place on the 6th of June 2026 at The Saddleworth Hotel, Huddersfield Road, Delph, OL3 5LX. Our whole day will be situated in this venue therefore you only require transport to and from here.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is Dress to Impress. Grab your fanciest attire and get ready to party! Heels can be worn but the ground is uneven at points. Whilst we don't have a specific guest colour palette, we ask all guests attending our wedding to avoid the colours of the bridal party which will be sage green. We request that no guests wear white (white shirts are fine for gentlemen).

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We ask all guests attending the ceremony to arrive by 1pm to allow time for parking and finding your seat. It is recommended you have a large breakfast or light lunch before attending.

Can I take photographs during the ceremony?

Answer

We would love for all our family and friends to be fully present in the moment with us, so we ask that you kindly put your phones away and on silent for an unplugged ceremony. We have a wonderful team on the day that are capturing every moment. We are more than happy for you to take photos and videos once the ceremony is over. However we ask that before posting pictures of our wedding on social media that you wait for us to post our first picture as Husband and Wife. You can upload your photos to our Dropbox folder by scanning the QR code on the day.

Will the wedding be indoor or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, we are hoping to have an outdoor ceremony. On a sunny day there is limited cloud cover therefore sun cream is recommended. It can also get windy therefore a jacket may be required. The rest of the day will take place inside the venue with opportunities to enjoy the outdoor areas if you wish.

Is Parking Available?

Answer

Yes, there is ample room for up to 150 guests using an overflow car park directly across from the venue. Taxis are also available to and from the venue. We recommend using County Cars (01457 878878), Uber or Bolt to prebook your journey.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate anyone that is not named within your party on the RSVP.

How do I RSVP and what is the deadline?

Answer

You can RSVP using our website by visiting the RSVP page. You are also more than welcome to contact us directly. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate anyone that is not named within your party on this RSVP. We kindly ask that all RSVP's are received by the 29th April 2026. If we have not received your RSVP by this date you will be marked as 'not attending' as the venue requires an accurate headcount by this date.

What's on the menu?

Answer

Our guests will have 2 options to choose from for all courses. Please detail this within your RSVP and ensure to let us know who is having what so your menu will be correct on the day. Starter: Chilled Melon Cocktail or Chicken Liver Parfait Main: Maize Fed Chicken with tarragon and truffle cream sauce or Aged Beef Fillet with either red wine or peppercorn sauce Dessert: Strawberries and Cream or White Chocolate & Raspberry Cheesecake Vegetarian and Vegan options are available and any dietary requirements will be accommodated for. Please detail this within your RSVP. Children under 12 years old will be given a Childs meal. Please let us know in your RSVP if this is required for someone in your party.

We expect to be partying the night away! The curfew is 12am.

Is there a gift list?

Answer

Having you with us on our special day is the best gift we could ask for. Though should you wish to contribute to our honeymoon fund it would be greatly appreciated.

What is the bar situation?

Answer

Some drinks will be provided throughout the day however, the bar will be open for you to purchase more if you wish. The bar serves a range of drinks including Beer, Wine, Spirits, selected Cocktails and soft drinks. Non-alcoholic options are available.
