Yes! If you'll be traveling to Italy to celebrate with us, it will be essential that you have a current/valid passport. Typically, you'll want to make sure that your passport is not due to expire for AT LEAST three (3) months - preferably six (6) months - after the dates of travel. If your passport is due to expire before November 2026 - it may be worth renewing to avoid any potential issues. Processing times can sometimes be long - we'd recommend looking into it sooner rather than later!

Airline tickets typically go on sale 11 months before the dates of travel. The “sweet spot” according to Google is 3-5 months before travel. However, we’d suggest setting a price alert for the flight/dates you’re looking for as soon as possible to keep an eye on it. It’s also typical to see midweek flights be a bit cheaper than weekend days - but definitely do what’s best for you!
An initial deposit of $250 to hold your spot in the Palazzo will be due to either Alex or Ryan by 09/01/2025. A second/final payment of $250 or $175 (if not needing transportation) will be due by 02/01/2026. We ask for your understanding that after 01/01/2026 we cannot guarantee a refund.
