If you've RSVP'd for the Shuttle and indicated to us that you'll be in Rome early - this is the shuttle for you :) We will give more specific meeting location as the day gets closer. Please plan to be at the Termini Station 15-20 minutes early to avoid any delays.

For those who have indicated that they are flying into Rome ON Thursday 05/21 - there will be a shuttle to grab folks from the Airport. In order to accommodate the varying arrival times, this will be sometime mid-afternoon. Once we've heard from all travelers, we'll lock in an official time and advise on official pick up spot. The shuttle company will be provided everyone's flight info so they can adjust as needed.

Let us know if you'll be joining us for Dinner on Friday night at the Palazzo. Exact time is TBD - but know that dinners in Italy typically start later than you might be used to :)
