Gina has a bad habit of guessing Tim's surprises and plans. Like ALL the time. A week before they got engaged, Gina jokingly told Tim he should propose on their anniversary so he wouldn't have to remember multiple dates. Apparently she was right (she'd done this before) but wasn't sure if Tim would actually do it. On their anniversary, they had a great dinner but Gina was nervous the whole time. They finished dinner and were driving home and Tim could tell Gina was stressed out. He had originally planned to propose at midnight but couldn't stand to see her upset. When they arrived back at the marina, Tim parked by the dock where their first boat was and said "Let's walk down to the end." Gina immediately thought "Well, he's going to propose or I'm getting murdered." They walked down to the end of the dock and Tim said to Gina "I remember before we moved here last year, we walked down to the end of this dock and I knew then that I could spend the rest of my life with you because we were so on the same page with everything." He talked about how happy he was and how he realized he could live without a lot, but not without Gina. As he was telling Gina all of this, he was trying to take the ring out of his pocket but it got stuck, so Gina had to help. When he finally got the box out and open, he asked if Gina would marry him and of course she said yes! He then handed her the ring but she didn't know which hand it went on and almost dropped it into the water below so he had to take it back and put it on her finger. Then they lived happily ever after and bought one million boats (just guessing here but that's what's going to happen).
