When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Consider arriving between 3:30-3:45 to allow for parking and walking or riding to the ceremony location. The ceremony is a brief walk across gravel and a small field. Cart transportation will be available upon request.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire is encouraged. October in Virginia can range between mid-70s to low-50s; it could get a little chilly! (Hopefully) much of our celebration will be outside. Please be mindful of uneven ground, gravel, and a luscious lawn when selecting your footwear. No sprained ankles on our watch!

Can I bring a date?

If your invitation says 'and Guest' or lists another individual, we welcome you to bring a plus-one. Otherwise, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate additional guests. We look forward to celebrating with you!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, this is an adults-only affair unless otherwise specified. When you RSVP, you will see the number of seats reserved in your honor.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! We are serving wood-fired pizza and salad. We will make every effort to accommodate your dietary needs!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking available on-site at Love Ridge (where the ceremony and reception will take place). Upon arrival, you will be directed to a parking spot. Transportation to the ceremony location from your parking spot is available upon request.
