Be sure to grab a Signature Cocktail and your Second Line Handkerchiefs on your way in to welcome the Bride and Groom to the reception! The Second Line Parade has a rich history in New Orleans. When performed during weddings, it signifies the start of a new life for the couple. The "First Line" is the band and the wedding couple. The "Second Line" follows the couple dancing and parading to lively music. A "Second Line" is merely a style of dance which encourages participants to walk, dance, two-step, wave a handkerchief, or twist a parasol. At the end, the couple will share a photo with all guests! Please select your dinner entree below. First Course: She Crab Soup or Spinach Salad with Goat Cheese Main Course: Grilled Filet Mignon with Blue Cheese Potato Gratin, Broccolini, Thyme, and & Cabernet Jus or Pan Roasted Free Range Chicken with Mac and Cheese and Collard Greens or Grilled Local Grouper with Carolina Gold Rice, Roasted Tomato, Green Beans and a Lemon Caper Sauce
