When and where is the celebration?

We will be holding our marriage celebration at The Hidden Oaks in Richmond, VA (2149 Reymet Rd, Richmond, VA 23237). Guests are welcome to arrive at 4:30PM for cocktail hour. Please refer to the "Schedule" tab for more detailed information.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We will be having a loose Semi-Formal dress code for the evening as our ultimate hope is that our guests feel comfortable throughout the night! For further guidance: cocktail dresses and sport coats (suits optional). But truly, there is no strict dress code for the evening :)

Will the celebration be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Cocktail hour will take place outdoors so that our guests can experience the beautiful fall foliage. The reception will be held indoors in the lovely venue.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Due to limited space at the venue, we will not be able to accommodate plus-ones or children unless otherwise stated on the invitation. We greatly appreciate your understanding!

Can I take photos during the celebration?

Answer

Of course! Feel free to take pictures throughout the event and we would love for you to share them with us afterwards!

What does parking look like at the venue?

Answer

The Hidden Oaks has ample parking as well as a shuttle service for guests who may need additional assistance. If you feel so inclined to be more environmentally conscious, please coordinate with others to carpool!
