the nearest airports to the venue are boston and portland. concord coach is the primary bus service from boston to portland. there are plenty of lovely b&b's and airbnb's in the area but book early, since the midcoast area is a popular tourist destination in september. make sure to allow for plenty of time for route 1 traffic on your way north.
maine is quite rural and a car is recommended since uber and lyft are hard to come by. come with a friend if you can carpool!

boston is another option and is approximately 3 hours away.

concord coach runs busses almost every hour from boston's logan airport and south station. it's a great bus service and an easy way to get to Maine if you fly into Boston.
