We’ve chosen to host an adults-only celebration to allow all of our guests to fully relax and enjoy the evening without distraction. While we love your little ones, we kindly ask that you make other arrangements for childcare so that you can fully immerse yourself in the festivities.

Please let us know if you'll be joining us to celebrate in a timely fashion. Your response is very important to us, as it helps us finalize arrangements with the venue and ensure everyone has a seat at the celebration! If we do not receive your RSVP by the deadline, we will assume you will not be attending and will inform the venue accordingly. We want to make sure we have everything prepared for all our guests, so we kindly ask that you respond as soon as possible.

What to Wear

To complement the energy of the occasion, we kindly ask that you adhere to a black-tie dress code. For Men: Please wear a full black suit or tuxedo. A classic black tie is preferred, but feel free to incorporate bold accessories that reflect the rich, warm tones of the evening. For Women: We invite you to wear a floor-length or tea-length dress (mid-shin or ankle) in keeping with the formal theme. We welcome you to wear any color (except white) that makes you feel confident and radiant. **Casual attire is not appropriate for this occasion, so we kindly ask that you dress to match the formality of the event.**

Weather in Late September

September on Cape Cod offers beautiful, mild weather, with the early autumn air starting to settle in. Expect daytime temperatures to be in the mid 60s to low 70s°F, with cooler evenings, dipping into the 50s°F. It's a wonderful time to enjoy the coastal breeze and the start of the fall season, but it can be a bit unpredictable—sunny one moment and slightly chilly or breezy the next. Packing Tips: Layering is key! Bring a light jacket or sweater for the evening chill. Sun protection: While the weather can be cooler, the sun is still strong during the day, so be sure to pack sunscreen and sunglasses! Don't forget the bikinis and banana hammocks! The weather may be cooling down but there are still some good beach days and a lot of heated pools in the area to enjoy For the ladies: If you're wearing a sleeveless or short dress, consider a light shawl or wrap for extra warmth as the night cools down. Our ceremony is outside, weather dependent, with our reception in a tented and heated restaurant. Should the weather be nice we plan to leave the sails open. Rain preparation: Cape Cod's weather can change quickly, so we recommend packing an umbrella just in case of a quick shower, though we’re hoping for sunshine!

We are excited to have all of our guests join us at the beautiful resort for our special day! Since there is on-site lodging available with a room block reserved for our guests, transportation will not be provided. For guests who prefer to arrange their own accommodations or are not staying at the resort, please plan ahead for transportation. As we’re celebrating during Cape Cod’s shoulder season, Uber, Lyft, and ride-sharing services may be limited, so we recommend scheduling your rides in advance to ensure availability. For those who plan to drive, we ask that you drink responsibly and make safe travel arrangements to and from the event.

We’d like to invite you to join us in making our ceremony even more special by embracing the moment without the distraction of phones and cameras. We’ve hired an amazing photographer who will be capturing every beautiful moment throughout the day, so you can fully enjoy the experience without worrying about getting the perfect shot. We ask that you please turn off your phones and refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. This allows us to stay present in the moment and ensures that our professional photographer can capture the ceremony without any interruptions. We’ll be sharing the professional photos with you after the wedding, so you’ll have plenty of memories to look back on!

In the spring, we’ll be finalizing our choices and can’t wait to share the details with you. To ensure everyone has a meal they’ll enjoy, we’ll be sending out an additional notification with instructions for completing your meal selection closer to the date.
