No, we don’t have one. As many of you know, we have been quite busy with: moving, buying a house, last-minute planning this event, and overall everyday living. That being said, there really hasn’t been any time for a registry. Our most precious gift is that you be able to attend our union and celebrate with us. If you insist on getting us something: Jim says to tell you, “we don’t have a stove or refrigerator in the new home.” 😅
(We’ve gotten this one a lot, so it’s become necessary to include.) The easiest answer is “who knows…we have a child.” 🤷🏼♀️ The long answer is that we have had a lot on our plate recently. It’s quite a wonder we were able to squish in an elopement in the calendar. We really have not thought about it and it’s probably going to take us some time/planning to do so.
At the restaurant, yes. The Lakefront is considered a public park, so we will not be providing seats at the ceremony. Please feel free to bring a chair if you medically need.
We are hoping the map location on this website works..in case technology decides to be temperamental: We are getting married under the biggest tree on the Mandeville Lakefront. It is the only one that the tree limb touches the ground like a seat. If you still have issues finding the correct tree (we know there are quite a few) and should you not wish for a leisurely stroll before the ceremony, please contact Rebecca so she can send the pin of the exact location to you.
We are hiring a professional photographer (and will be setting up a video camera) for the ceremony. While our photographer is not there, we encourage you to take photos! (Previous to Bride arrival; after party; etc) Once our photographer arrives, we would appreciate if all could refrain from taking phone photos, as you will be in the background of many photos- we want to see all your faces when we look back at these, not a phone! 🙂
YES! We have planned accordingly. Please speak to your server and alert them to your restrictions; the restaurant will be able to accommodate.
Of course! Servers will provide a kids menu with friendly options for all children under 12.
We have a QR code for our wedding album! All photos and videos may be directly uploaded to our gmail-drive with the convenience of the QR code.
We have uploaded it in the photos page here on our wedding website.
That’s okay! Rebecca has an iPhone and you may airdrop all photos to her at the end of the night/weekend. If you have android/Google/Samsung/anything non-iPhone, we ask that you either ask us for help uploading or send to Facebook (preferably to Rebecca, as Jim sometimes forgets to share photos 😉).
We know this isn’t wedding related, but we have been frequently asked. We know y’all are excited, so are we! July 20 is our moving date. League City is the place.
