Welcome to Our Elopement!

We met on Hinge! He swooped in and stole my heart on our first phone call. Meeting in person solidified the connection we had in the app and there was no going back! We talked for hours walking back and forth on the lakefront (Lake Ponchatrain Northshore) and sitting under (what is now known to us as) our oak tree having deep conversations. Two years later and I can’t imagine living this life without him being a part of it.. This past January he asked me to marry him under that very tree— and I am excited to be doing just that: marrying him under our tree. I wake up each day happy that one day soon I will forever be his and he mine - forever and always choosing to love each other through our actions, words, and respect for each other.
