We have reserved a block of rooms at the Wellsworth Hotel (prev. Southbridge Hotel and Conference Center). Please call (508-765-8000) on or before May 29, 2025 and request your reservation in the "Spadacenta-Moran Wedding Room Block" to receive the guest rate. We will have a shuttle from the hotel to the venue before the ceremony and after the reception - see details below.

If you'd like to stay closer to the venue, the Inn at Woodstock Hill is a 3-minute car ride away.

Shuttle

Shuttle from the Wellsworth Hotel to the Mansion at Bald Hill

June 28, 2025 2:15 pm - 9:00 pm

A shuttle will be running every hour from the Wellsworth Hotel to The Mansion at Bald Hill, beginning at 2:15PM and ending at 9:00PM. The drive takes approximately twenty minutes from the hotel to the venue. The first shuttle leaves from the hotel at 2:15PM. This is the only shuttle that will run before the ceremony. The last shuttle from the venue leaves at 9:00PM.

There is parking for 150 cars at the venue. There will be a parking attendant on-site for those driving themselves to the venue.
