Lincoln Park Zoo

The Lincoln Park Zoo is one our favorite places in the city! The admission is free and the animals should be very active in October.
Lincoln Park Conservatory

Located next to the Lincoln Park Zoo, you can explore an 1890 glass structure filled with thousands of exotic plants, plus outdoor gardens & fountains. Timed entry tickets are free and required for entry. Advanced tickets are available up to 30 days out.
Chicago Lakefront Trail
Lake Michigan, Chicago, IL 60660
The lakefront is an 18 mile paved trail that runs along Lake Michigan. A great place to run, walk, bike and catch some beautiful views of the city!
