What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 6pm, so please arrive by 5:45pm to ensure you are seated on time.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors?

Both the ceremony and reception will take place indoors at the International Museum of Surgical Science.

Due to capacity restraints, we can only accommodate named guests on your invitation.

Kids are welcome to celebrate with us and will be named on your invitation. We will have kid-friendly food options available for your little ones.

We ask that you arrive in Cocktail attire. If you need outfit inspiration, our vibe is romantic and vampy. We love dark colors and fun textures like velvet and lace!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is not available at the venue and street parking is very limited. We recommend that you use a taxi or rideshare service to commute to the venue. There are also several parking lots/garages within a 10 minute walk to the venue that you can reserve via SpotHero or ParkWhiz.

When you RSVP, please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

The venue has two indoor ramps and an elevator. A wheelchair accessible entrance is located on the north side of the building.
