nick and i have hung out since we were in diapers. from teaming up against his younger brothers in backyard games, to four wheeling and pigeon hunting at his parent's farm, reds traveling baseball and baseball in lowden, and golf at the first tee at rolling knolls (iykyk) if you're an mw3 survival fan, we once were in the top 100 in the world on seatown even with our parents shutting off our playstations when we tried to keep them on for multiple days

everyone's favorite kennedy, she is the real deal. the best personality, witty humor, fluent in both sarcasm and sign language, organized beyond belief (coming from me!!), and she has the best closet! poor thing can't make small decisions for the life of her (thanks to her older siblings who decided everything for her growing up, as devon says "she's your slave") so we will see how this impacts her MOH duties ;) she is also helping to keep me convinced that running a 1/2 marathon together 15 days after the wedding will be easy

we started with airsoft wars and caseball (baseball with a soccer ball) at his parent's place, to skiing at sundown and 7 years of rocket league. we have basically seen each other more in a rocket league match than in person which i can't say i'm too proud of. after college years we moved on to golfing at airport national and hanging around the cedar rapids area on the weekends

mom to our adorable nieces and nephew (I AM SO EXICTED TO OFFICIALLY CALL THEM THIS!) and star of my favorite show - recker farms instagram stories. it's too bad time is never on our side because i think i could chat with cara about any and everything forever and i am thankful for our frequent phone and facetime calls. she has truly welcomed me in to the driscoll family with open arms since day one, and for that i am thankful beyond words.

we played baseball together at beckman and i'm pretty sure he first found out that becca and i were talking because of the baseball bus gossip. he then went on to show us the ropes at iowa state by hosting get togethers at his place in legacy. if you want sports betting or fantasy football advice, he's my go to (even though I have 2 championships to his 1)

FOUR! marissa is the second sister i am gaining and it does not get much better than this! double dating with marissa and ethan over the past eight years has been so much fun - from textile, to isu football games, ames or des moines bars, golfing, and my favorite place the dueling piano bar (RIP). i hope there are many more to come

we grew up playing traveling baseball together, hanging out in the woodland creek neighborhood, and my first- and only-time squirrel hunting at his cabin in buena vista. since we both only played baseball in high school, we'd hang out a lot at the golf course and elsewhere. if you want to get a hold of him i suggest logging onto playstation network instead of texting or calling

danielle has played the most roles in my life - my second cousin once removed (why can't we be kennedy girls forever?), my stand in older sister, my confirmation sponsor, my number 1 phone call for long car rides, and now my bridesmaid. i had the honor of being in her and craig's wedding a few years ago, and now those roles are being reversed. our memories together are nothing short of photoshoots at kernals games to isu tailgates, jdrf diabetes awareness walks to nights playing with her cute little boy, cayden, plus everything inbetween. distance and time affect nothing between us!

we met playing baseball as kids and became good friends. i learned basically all of my fishing knowledge from him which is basically just use a mini-mite jig. if the fish aren't biting the mini-mite, try a different color mini-mite. we also spent a lot of time trying to master what we like to call a golf game at the dyersville country club

the first time i "met" ethan was when he and marissa were seniors in high school. he would play this game where every time he saw me in the halls he'd say "hi devon" and walk away. from hitting the links in des moines to the country club in dyersville, he has been a great golf partner even though he usually barely beats me.

i've known joey since i was around 10 years old. i remember more family holidays with him around than not. from those family holidays i've noticed that he's a great part of our family, and that he's mastered the sport of finishing his plate and cara's plate at thanksgiving. he's also a hopeless vikings fan. don't worry joe, this is the year kirk cousins will become elite ;)

part one of the cutest nieces and nephews, and the first to coin the nickname "uncle devy", we love her so much that one of the riskiest trips home we have taken for her first birthday party (2.5 hours slowly became 5 thanks to snow in April!)

part two of the cutest nieces and nephew, wynnie is devon's goddaughter and he helps pick out her gifts based on what he wants to play with, but she seems to still like them for now! she is full of personality and just as funny as she is cute!

last but not least, part three of the cutest nieces and nephew, ford is our favorite nephew ;) he changes every time we see him and is gonna make a great farmer some day! him and devon are also in a competition for biggest cheeks as a baby - cast your vote via text to devon. these kiddos have our hearts and we love to babysit them whenever we get the chance
