Santa Monica Pier
Enjoy the beach and the Santa Monica pier, just a few miles down the road from where the wedding will be!

Escondido Falls
A nice hiking trail to a waterfall right off the pacific coast highway. My friend saw Gerard Butler riding a horse on this trail.
Malibu Village
Looking to do some shopping? Malibu Village is a fun outdoor shopping center. We recommend Broad Street Oyster Co. for lunch!
Playa Provisions
Dan and I's favorite restaurant in LA! A little bit of a drive down to Del Ray, but the beach there is also a lovely spot and you're likely to see some dolphin's swimming in the ocean. This is also the site of the rehearsal dinner for the wedding party and after dinner cocktails for all of our guests the night before the wedding. If you are not in the wedding party, feel free to make a dinner reservation and then join us after!
Runyon Canyon Park
One of the more popular hiking spots in LA
The Getty
A wondrous collection of art perched high in the Hollywood Hills. Reservations required, so reserve a spot if you're looking to go here!
The Getty Villa
A smaller offshoot of the Getty right in the area of the wedding. This museum focuses on Roman and Greek antiquities. Reservations required here as well ahead of time!
Platform
If you find yourself in the neighborhood we live in, check out the Platform. Lots of good places to eat, shops, ice cream, and coffee.
Kenneth Hahn State Recreation Area
Also located in the area where we live, a great state park with amazing views of the city and hiking trails that are not too difficult.
Griffith Observatory
Another LA staple. Best views of the Hollywood sign!
Will Rogers State Park
State Park in the Pacific Palisades area with great hiking trails! A great place to explore if you're looking for a hike.
Will Rogers State Beach
One of the many great beach locations if you're looking to get away from the pier!
