Why did you choose to get married on Leap Day? How are you going to celebrate your anniversary?

Answer

If you know Connor and Rebecca, you know they are lighthearted and witty. When they started discussing dates at the beginning of 2020, Rebecca noticed Leap Day happened to fall on a Saturday and when she mentioned it to Connor he started laughing. They looked at each other, shrugged, and said "Why the heck not?!" Their relationship is very unique, so the date seemed fitting. They plan to celebrate their anniversary yearly on February 28th and every four years they will celebrate big!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you’re invite says “Plus One” or is addressed to you and your significant other, please feel free to bring someone along! If it is addressed solely to you, we ask you come on your own - or give us a call if you meet the love of your life, because things happen!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Connor and Rebecca LOVE children! Please feel free to bring your little ones (there will be plenty involved in the ceremony), but keep in mind there will be alcohol at the reception and we will be dancing into the morning!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! Connor and all of the mothers have food allergies and we want them to eat, so the same applies to you! However, we cannot promise every accommodation can be made.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking for the ceremony, but a carpool to the reception might be a good idea! Parking is limited at the Abita Roasting Cafe and there are a few parking spots on the street. Feel free to take an Uber or Lyft as well!

Is the bar open or cash?

Answer

We will have beer and wine on the house. Tips are greatly appreciated, but not necessary. If you would like any kind of hard liquor, we recommend a flask as that will not be offered.
