Airport information and hotel blocks for our out of town guests! Please note the hotel blocks expire on April 28, 2026, so make sure to book early! We encourage you to reserve your room as soon as possible as it is a busy time of year in Annapolis and hotels will likely book up quicker than usual. Travel Note

Airports

Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) is the closest airport to Annapolis, less than a 30 minute drive away. We highly recommend flying in and out of BWI. Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) is about an hour from Annapolis. Dulles International Airport (IAD) is about an hour and a half from Annapolis.

Graduate by Hilton Annapolis

We recommend guests stay at the Graduate Hotel, as it is on the same block as our wedding after party and a 5-minute walk from the heart of downtown Annapolis. We reserved rooms under a room block called "Hattar Hines Courtesy Block" and encourage you to take advantage of the discounted rate ($289/night before taxes).

If you would like to splurge on a hotel, that would be the Annapolis Waterfront Hotel. This hotel is located in the heart of downtown Annapolis. Our room block is called the "Hattar/Hines Wedding Room Block" ($419/night before taxes).

For a budget friendly option, we suggest the Crowne Plaza in Annapolis. Our room block is called "Hattar-Hines Wedding" ($159/night before taxes). Please note this hotel is a 10-15 min drive from downtown Annapolis and the majority of our things to do suggestions.
