Since most hotels are small in Cloudcroft, and budgets differ from person to person, we are asking guests to make their own hotel and travel accommodations. We recommend checking out Air BnB, or VRBO before looking at hotel sites. If you are unable to find a place to stay in Cloudcroft, please note that Alamogordo is about 45 minutes away from the venue, and Ruidoso is about an hour and 15 minutes away. 
The nearest airport is located in El Paso and is roughly 2 hours from the venue. Waterfall Lodge is 20-25 minutes away from the town square. You may want to take a screenshot of the map because you will likely lose cell service as you get nearer. The link to the map can also be found under the Schedule tab.
