A difficult part of living in our small town in Western Nebraska is the hotel and travel distance! Grant, NE is about 20 minutes from Ogallala, NE. There aren't really any hotels in Grant, so I strongly suggest booking in Ogallala! I would avoid North Platte hotels as it's further away and it's in Central time where as Ogallala and Grant
are in Mountain time!
