Rehearsal

3:45 pm - 5:00 pm

This event is only for those involved in the wedding ceremony. Bride/Groom Parents Flower Girl Ring Bearer Bridesmaids Groomsmen/Groomslady Ushers Significant others/"plus ones" are encouraged to sit in on the the rehearsal as we will be on a tight schedule to get to the rehearsal dinner directly afterward. Attire for dinner is cocktail. Please arrive at 3:45 p.m. so that we can begin the rehearsal promptly at 4:00 p.m.

Pre-Wedding Photography

3:30 pm

Arrive with your hair and makeup finished and dressed in your wedding attire.

Pre-wedding photography will begin promptly at 3:30. This event is only for those involved in the wedding ceremony. Bride/Groom Parents Bridesmaids Groomsmen/Groomslady Ushers (the flower girl and ring bearer do not need to be at the venue at this time. Photos with them will be taken after the ceremony) The goal is to take as many pictures prior to the ceremony as possible. This way, the only photos that need to be taken during cocktail hour (post ceremony) will be the ones that include both the bride and groom. Bridesmaids: We will take "getting ready" photos in the bridal suite (small building located to the left of the venue, in the parking lot). However, please arrive with your hair and makeup finished. Please wear/bring an outfit in addition to your bridesmaids dress so that we can take photos that look like we are getting ready. You will need shorts or a short dress/slip. Groomsmen: You will meet the groom inside the venue in the oak bar. Arrive dressed.
