Country/Western/Mountain/Desert Cocktail.
September 3, 2021 Dear Family and Friends, It looks as though 18 months wasn't enough time for the COVID-19 pandemic to subside. To make matters more challenging there will be many wedding attendees under the age of 12 who haven’t been vaccinated yet. For the safety of all guests we are asking the following: 1. All guests over the age of 12 to be fully vaccinated. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and for the fact that from the time of this statement starting the vaccination process won't result in being fully vaccinated in time for the wedding. In light of the Delta variant it was either this or a postponement. If you are over the age of 12 and unable to get vaccinated for medical reasons we request you take a rapid test on either Wednesday 9/29 or Thursday 9/30.
2. All guests over the age of 2, regardless of vaccination status, take a COVID rapid test on the day of the wedding which we will be providing at the venue. The tests will be administered from 9:00am – 3:00 pm. We will be hosting an open house from 9am-12pm at the venue, please check the Schedule section of the website for more details. 3. If someone has tested positive, they will not be allowed to attend the ceremony or reception. 4. With respect to the preceding requests, no masks will be required of both adolescent and adult attendees. We encourage mask wearing for any guest wishing to do so. The ceremony will be held outside and the reception will be held in a tent, but there will be additional seating set up outside for those wishing to eat in the open air. Seating will be designed to ensure that no one sits with somebody outside of their immediate family/geographic region if they prefer not to, please contact us if this is of concern to you.
We request that everyone follow these guidelines to ensure a happy and healthy day. If you have any questions or concerns please reach out to Rebecca at Rebecca.Oehl@gmail.com or Eric at Ericlude@yahoo.com.
