Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

As soon as your are able! In order to plan for hotel accommodations, food, drinks, and table arrangements we need to know which of our guests will and will not be able to attend.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a limited number of guests that the venue will allow. If we are expecting you to bring a plus one, it will be indicated on your invitation. If not, we kindly ask that you do not bring any additional guests. If you have any questions regarding plus ones, please reach out to Emily or Zach.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have room blocks at three different hotels in Winchester, VA which is about 20 minutes from the venue. We are also going to provide a shuttle service to bring our guests from the hotels to our venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We will have a shuttle service to take our guests from the hotel to the ceremony as well as a shuttle to bring our guests back to the hotel after the reception.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is a large parking lot for anyone who wants to drive.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes. When you RSVP on our website you will fill out a questionnaire about any dietary restrictions or food allergies.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We are having a welcome party for all of our guests the night before the wedding at Rosemont. Anyone who is available Friday night is more than welcome to come. The shuttle service will also be available this night for our guests staying in the hotels.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love kids, however, we are NOT having any children at the wedding.
